The Karwan-e-Mohabbat reached Behror in Alwar district of Rajasthan today morning to pay tributes to Pehlu Khan, the dairy farmer who was killed by cow vigilantes in Alwar on April 1.

But the Karwan – led by Harsh Mander, former civil servant and activist writer – was prevented from visiting the place by VHP goons. A group of 20-30 VHP workers were present on the spot. The police failed to provide rein in the goons who didn't want Karwan members to pay tributes.

Harsh Mander and team sat on the road and protested.
